“I Was Merely Providing CPR,” Prince Andrew Explains

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, commonly known as Prince Andrew, has amusingly addressed recently released photos of him, suggesting they are far from incriminating. He claims they capture his noble act of rushing from England to the Caribbean to perform CPR on an underage guest at a private island owned by a known sex offender.

In a tongue-in-cheek explanation, Andrew stated, “Any suggestion that I was doing anything other than saving this woman’s life is a grotesque misunderstanding of basic first aid and reality.” He further light-heartedly pointed out that islands owned by paedophiles statistically require as much resuscitation as any other island. “Sometimes more likely in my experience actually,” he quipped.

Andrew humorously warned that more photos might surface of him providing medical care at the same location, attributing this to the island's apparent hotspot status for medical emergencies. “Unfortunately, that island seemed to be a bit of a hotspot for acute medical emergencies, so I did find myself rushing there on quite a few occasions to administer care,” he added.

Sources close to the former prince expressed his frustration at what he perceives as a pattern of unjust scrutiny, humorously remarking on public disbelief over his unlikely explanations, from his inability to sweat to being an impromptu island paramedic.
