Margot Robbie has once again turned heads by wearing a corset at the premiere of Wuthering Heights, but don't expect any of that glamour in the actual film. The actress humorously clarified that her character will be dressed in the typical drab woollen rags of the period, not the stunning red carpet ensembles she's been showcasing.
Robbie has been seen in a variety of eye-catching outfits ranging from sheer gowns to snakeskin minidresses, none of which made it into the film. 'Like what you see?' she teased, 'Then come see my movie where I'm wrapped in sodden brown shawls on overcast Yorkshire moors.'
She joked about the lack of raunchiness in the film, noting that the most excitement comes from a scene where Heathcliff opens Catherine's grave out of passion. Robbie admitted her outfits are a ploy to lure men to a film more about Gothic romance than sexy escapades.
In a tongue-in-cheek comment, she reminded fans that after playing Barbie, they owe her a watch of this film. 'You pricks owe me,' she quipped, highlighting the contrast between her on-screen and off-screen looks.
