Join us in a discussion about mental health. Are you having a difficult time managing stress, getting through loneliness or dealing with depression and loss since the holidays are rolling around? We realize that not everyone is in a great spot. This is an open forum for anyone and everyone to listen and participate. Carissa Gomez interviews  FIF Alum and FIF Comedy Competition Winner Alyssa Poteet how her mental health lead her to comedy. This event will be open to questions and will allow for participants to open up about their own struggles and experiences if they choose to.
