The Venue is in a pub called the Brunel Arms right outside Pontyclun Train station, which is one train stop from Cardiff central. The Venue is through the Pub through the back door by the female toilets.

Good night with decent acts. All were reasonably funny. £8 well spent. The place could do with WiFi so can pay by card in the function room.

What a great evening of talent in a local venue. The venue was like walking into an American jazz bar, it was fantastic, and the atmosphere made the evening more enjoyable with the audience getting involved. The price for the ticket was cheap, considering there were 5 comedy acts and the price of drinks were on par with the other local pubs too. I can't wait to go to another event at The Dusty Trombone.
