Thursday is the new Friday; Come enjoy great live comedy from stars of TV, Radio & Stand Up comedy circuit in a friendly atmosphere at an iconic ballroom location and have a laugh and help raise funds for a worthy charity!

Dave Moss combined with Happy Mondays Comedy bring you a fantastic line up of comedy talent  including crowd pleaser Pat Monahan, comedy veterans James Dowdeswell, Carl Donnelly and Barbara Fernandez, up and coming rising star Don Biswas and your cheeky charming MC Sion James at the iconic Rivoli ballroom for a Comedy Charity Fundraiser for The Chris Aked Foundation

Price - £10 (very early bird price), £15 (early bird) ,£20 on the door. The artists will be waiving their usual fees, and the event will raise money for The Chris Aked foundation which helps children who have a parent with cancer.

The Rivoli Ballroom is a star itself, historic venue as featured in Killing Eve, Tina Turner's Private Dancer video and the likes of Oasis , The White Stripes and Kylie have played there.

James Dowdeswell
Local lad and beer connoisseur, James performed at the Rivoli ballroom last November to great acclaim, and will keep you entertained with comic tales. Don Biswas

Carl Donnelly
Another crowd favourite, Carl entertained us all at the Rivoli in 2018 and is back again by popular demand after a successful tour 'Down Under'
South London's finest Carl has been nominated for the Edinburgh Comedy Award twice, won a bunch of other awards, appeared on a selection of TV shows (Mock The Week, Russell Howard’s Good News, Dave’s One Night Stand, Russell Howard’s Good News , Alan Davies: As Yet Untitled etc) and travelled the world having performed at the Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal, The Melbourne International Comedy Festival, The New Zealand Comedy Festival and pretty much every other comedy festival there is.
