Last Christmas Day, Nathan Cassidy is alone in his divorcee basement, feverish and half-drunk, watching England getting destroyed in the Ashes. But as the Ashes slips further out of reach, something strange begins to happen… The Australian team appear, one by one, to guide Nathan on a surreal journey of survival, redemption and hope.
