TweetEver wondered what your teacher was thinking?
Let Facebook's Mrs Smith enlighten you!
Mrs Smith was an ordinary teacher in an ordinary school until she went viral on Facebook and accidentally became a stand-up comedian. Her wit and insights into daily school life, politics, socks, swearing, the side effects of a full moon and more inspired the sell-out show Mrs Smith-See Me which debuted at the 2023 Edinburgh Fringe.
Child 1. "I've got 20 subscribers to my YouTube channel."
Child 2. " Yeh, so, my cousin's got 36 subscribers on Twitch."
Child 3. " My sister got almost 50 views on her dance TikTok."
Mrs Smith shakes her head and walks away. Is that it??? You have no idea, she mutters to herself. No idea at all.
Mrs Smith is 10 away from 76,000 followers. Year 6 would be sooooooo annoyed if they knew!
Who is Mrs Smith? Come and see her as she steps out live on stage

Very funny! Great venue too, didn’t realise there was an upstairs comedy club and I’ve visited many times for kids parties.

A great night out for us teachers and the tickets were reasonably priced. We liked the quirky venue (we live locally, but had never heard of the Bowling House before). It is a shame we had quite loud traffic noise (Police / Ambulance sirens) at times during the show. We arrived in plenty of time for the second show, but had to wait quite a long time before we could order any food. My friend had tried to book a table in advance online, but had found the process overly complicated (because there were so many different combinations of timings and types of booking) and had given up. Our server also took a drink order for a glass of wine, but the drink was never brought to our table and then they tried to charge me for it, so I had to explain I had never received it. The venue’s food and drink prices were not as reasonable as the gig tickets.
