TweetFresh from hosting the Apple #1 Comedy and True Crime podcast "Wisecrack" Edd Hedges brings his new hour of stories and jokes to the Leicester comedy festival. Over the last year, Edd has been travelling across America, picking up stories he’d like to tell you and quietly wondering whether you’ll find them funny. From appearing at a true crime convention, to receiving a lap dance from a 90-year-old stripper and more places he definitely shouldn’t have ended up, this is an hour built from things that actually happened -- or at least felt real at the time. A regular at comedy clubs across the UK and North America, Edd has appeared at Montreal Just for Laughs, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Edinburgh Fringe festivals. Come see him before he embarks on his first US tour.

She cancelled only 90 mins. before show time, when I would have assumed that she'd be en route to "sunny" Hastings. A disappointing let-down.
