Jody Kamali: This is my Dad

After his father’s sudden death, Jody digs through his belongings, uncovering the man he thought he knew. Suddenly, he’s back for one hour to tell us who he was. Playing both himself and his father, Jody unpicks his Dad’s bizarre life in a thoughtful, funny theatrical solo show about grief, secrets and the contradictions within us all.

Well delivered but kept reminding the audience that his humour was edgy and a little dark. We can be the judge of that. Not particularly subtle but some surprising punch lines that worked. The accent...just a bit strange. Bit Ali G. Good effort.
