Barbara Nice is Havin A Piggin Lock-in Again!
Join us once more for another great Saturday night in together! With More Guests! More Singalongs! and of course a chance to win something off Barbara’s famous raffle table!
For about 26 years I have been travelling up and down the country on National Express coaches, buses and trains. It’s been a good laugh and I’ve worked with a load of belting acts and met smashing people in the audience.
Now all that live entertainment has stopped overnight, not just for comedy but for theatre, music gigs and more, with no sign of the situation changing in the near future.
Every day feeling the same, no shape to the week, people of all ages missing and worrying about their families and pals.
So I thought it would be good to put on a show for all the family on Saturday 11th July at 8:00pm for 90 minutes with tip-top guests from the live circuit to raise money for the mental health charity, and also to pay the performers and everyone else helping to make it happen.
The first Lockin was on Saturday 16 th May and we were made up to see that all the work planning it and trying to recreate the atmosphere and benefit of a live Barbara show paid off!
Loads came and loved it “ best laugh I’ve had all Lockdown “
Come on kids - let’s get together and have a laugh, it’s pigging good for us!
Get some cheese and onion cobs and crisps in and your favourite tipple and let's make a Saturday night of it.

Barbara Nice is a much loved comedy circuit headliner and Edinburgh festival veteran, garnering 5 star reviews for her solo shoes that also tours venues all over the country. She starred in her own very popular Radio 2 sitcom and her podcast 'Barbara Nice and Friends', in which she has wide ranging chats with a wide range of people, is currently climbing the podcast charts .
Barbara Nice is the comedy creation of Janice Connolly BEM
Like Barbara, Janice is twinned with Stockport and Kings Heath, Birmingham .
She is the artistic Director of Women and Theatre . TV includes playing God fearing bar maid Holy Mary in Phoenix Nights . Live theatre includes Tartuffe and Anita and me at Birmingham Rep, plus A Taste of Honey at the New Vic Stoke and panto with Lily Savage in Manchester and Bristol. Barbara was a semi-finalist in last years in ITV's Britain's Got Talent.

You can get as many folks as you want around your computer, however if you have someone else in the house who would like to join in on a separate device then we would appreciate it if they purchased an additional ticket.
'Barbara Nice is Havin A Piggin Lock-in 5' will be hosted on Zoom, with tickets available up until Friday 10th July at 9 pm.
The Show is interactive, family friendly and includes singalongs -guest performances and interviews, plus a chance to win something off Barbara’s world famous raffle table.
Places are limited, so book early.
You will receive an e-mail on the day of the event with your Zoom link and your password and your raffle ticket number.
The show will be 90 mins (including the interval)
The virtual doors will be open at 7:00pm with the show starting at 8:00pm and ending at 9:30pm.
Virtual Doors will be locked at 7:50pm. No entry to the show after that time. No refunds are available.
Line-up is subject to change (but Barbara will certainly be there).

Such a lovely atmosphere, and seeing all the other attendees on a regular basis made it so unique and my kids loved that they could join in too. Thank you so much for all the time effort and planning that was put into this

Another piggin great night Barb! Where else would you be able to watch a man in a Kim Jong Un mask, swap a virtual raffle prize of a painting he’d done of his Labrador? Looking forward to see what you have next up your leopard print jumper. Thanks for the laughs x
