Headliner: Smug Roberts
Best known as a stand up comedian, Smug offers laid back,sharply drawn takes on everyday life that feels more like a chat in the pub than a performance. He talks about himself, where he's from, what he's seen, and the odd conclusions hes come to along the way. It's comedy that ambles along, then catches you off guard with something delightfully silly or unexpectedly sharp.

Amit Mistry was born and raised in Manchester to Indian parents who immigrated to the UK in search of a better life. His comedic style is heavily influenced by his upbringing and personal experiences, often drawing on the challenges and humorous aspects of being raised by "freshie" parents. His narratives resonate with a wide audience, making him a beloved figure in the comedy circuit.
Amit Mistry is a comedian born and raised in Manchester, to Indian ‘freshie’ parents who moved here from abroad to find a better life. Amit shares highly relatable stories about modern life as a dad and husband, leaving all crowds entertained and amused up and down the country! Amit has opened for circuit powerhouses like Stephen Bailey and Mick Ferry, and was shortlisted for BBC new comedy awards in 2024. An act for all, except his in laws!

Absolutely top night, some of the hecklers almost ruined it but the comedy was great.

Excellent night. Very comedian was great, a few arsed hecklers too that were soon out in their place by the acts. The comedy was great.
