Opening Act is another regular headline level comedian EDDY BRIMSON
To say EastEnder Eddy Brimson has a colourful past is something of an understatement. A self-confessed former football hooligan before turning his hands to better use as a writer and comedian, Eddy has written a host of amusing anecdotal books, penned and hosted a top three selling video ‘Teargas and Tantrums’, and is also a regular “talking head’ for numerous radio and TV shows on subjects as diverse as football, dodgy builders and sexy baldness.
As an actor, he has appeared on such diverse programmes as Absolutely Fabulous, The Thin Blue Line, Casualty, The Bill, and EastEnders, where he played, you’ve guessed it, an East End villain, who torched Frank’s car lot.
Eddy is a prolific writer, having penned seven best-selling books. With sales topping 160,000, Eddy has built himself a real cult following.
“The crowd loved him” The Guardian
Middle Act is BBC New Comedy Finalist JAKE DONALDSON
Visually impaired and perpetually anxious Newcastle comedian Jake Donaldson is known across the comedy circuit in the UK for his witty anecdotal stand-up, which has seen him play some of the biggest and best comedy clubs in the country.
Host for the night is COLIN MANFORD
Colin Manford is a North West based comedian who also happens to be Jason’s little brother!
An accomplished writer, actor and presenter who just loves to tell stories from his own unique perspective, all areas covered from his failed relationships to his weird and wonderful family life and more. No-holds barred comedy at its finest.
A very strong MC who can connect with any audience and can adapt to any situation, enjoying a growing reputation which has seen him booked not only in countries such as The Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovenia, Malta and Romania but also the UKs top clubs.
He has written for 8 Out of 10 Cats and Walk on the Wild Side and his debut one man show had 2 sell out nights at the 2010 Manchester Comedy Festival.

All acts were funny and good engaging with the crowd, including the host. The final act Max Fulham though was bloody brilliant.

Went specifically for the headliner but I was also impressed by the "middle" act. The venue is a bit of a barn, with no intimacy. No draught drinks. £5 for a 330ml bottle of beer. 5* for price refers to the gig ticket, not the bar.
