THE HALLS OF RIDICULOUS bring a breath of fresh air to the UK comedy scene, combining lightning-fast improvised comedy with high-octane character sketches. But here's the twist - every bit of hilarity is conjured up on the spot, fuelled by the audience's suggestions, ideas, and occasionally, wonderfully weird imaginations.
Featuring Chris Lumb (as seen on BBC Three's Russell Howard's Good News) and Phil Allan-Smith (as seen on BBC One's This is My House), The Halls of Ridiculous grace many stages across the UK and have been supporting the brilliant Russell Kane on numerous tour dates throughout 2024.
In 2022, their Edinburgh Show 'The Halls of Ridiculous' earned a stellar 5-star review from EdFringe Review, hailed as 'a euphoric experience, the best show of the Fringe'.
Riding high on this success, they went on to sell out shows at the 2022, 2023, & 2024 Leicester Comedy Festival. Their comedic prowess was recognised in 2023 when they clinched the 'Best Alternative Act' title at The Yorkshire Comedy Awards and in the same year also secured the Southport Comedy Awards' prestigious 'New Comedian of The Year Award'. But that's not all - these versatile comedians also entertain audiences aboard various cruise ships, from Mexico to Hawaii.

Excellent night at the Chapel, curry was tasty! Staff were really friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was jovial and the acts were very good (not the new type of woke rubbish) true British Comedy. Would highly recommend. And excellent value for money.

A good night of entertainment. Varied comedy which was good. I never stopped laughing. Venue was friendly and a good price for the event with the lovely curry included. I will definitely return.

Fantastic night, had a such a great night we booked for the next one at the end of the night whilst sat there! Everyone was so friendly and the curry was delicious.
