Headliner
Andrew Rutledge
Since debuting in January 2016 Andrew has rapidly developed into one of the most promising comedians in Wales.
A gifted story teller with a potent armoury of killer lines and comic voices that are underpinned by his warm likeable delivery.
Weighing in at 19 stone and at the towering height of 5' 3" he takes pride in the fact he is the tallest thinnest man to come out of his village.
A Son of the valleys Andrew possesses a disarming Welsh Charm that is received just as well in Tamworth as in Treorci and has been described by comedy Legend Noel James as a kind of "Welsh Les Dawson " In his quirky look on life he covers such topics as his neighbours Tattoo and his failed prostate exam.
With a down at heel hilarity that wins audiences over from the off . With sets packed with quality material that genuinely connects with audiences Andrew is regarded as a highly reliable and relatable comedian who can storm it on any bill in any setting.
"Utterly Natural and a joy to watch". Nick Page
"A pleasure to watch, one of the most entertaining comedians in South Wales" . Noel James

As well as performing her sharp one-liners and observational material as stand-up performer she has also penned a play which was performed at the Swansea Grand Theatre by Fluellen Theatre Company in 2018, based on her experiences in comedy called “Tonight’s Performance Begins In…”.

Dai Rhys Towler
Cardiff born writer and stand up, Dai, is resident MC and organiser of two long established nights in the City, namely Llaffs in Llandaff at the Heathcock and Joke in the Oak on Broadway in Splott (technically making him a Broadway performer!!). Having started in 2020, Joke in the Oak is now Wales' longest running charity comedy night, featuring new acts as well as experienced acts trying new material.
Able to perform bilingually (just about!) making his debut in Cymraeg at last year's Eisteddfod, life-long Welsh learner Dai's act focuses on his love of Wales and all things Welsh, including the many trails and tribulations he has encountered on his journey to becoming fluent in his home language." - hope that's Ok. There maybe more to mention but think that should sum it up!
