STARRING
AWARD-WINNING COMEDIAN, TV PERSONALITY & AUTHOR
ADAM BLOOM
Adam Bloom is undoubtedly one of Britain’s most exciting and original stand-up comedians. This whirlwind of a comedian has become one of the most in demand headliners performing today.
From the moment he set foot on the circuit over 18 years ago, he stunned the industry with his rapid rise. This included producing countless sell-out shows at the Edinburgh Festival, breaking box office records at The Melbourne International Comedy Festival for a first visit and performing a sell-out UK tour, all within his first five years. All this has brought constant requests for shows, not only in the UK & Australia, but also across the world. From Amsterdam to Cape Town as well as other festivals in Montreal, Sydney, Auckland, Wellington & Kilkenny.
His originality and speed of thought has also resulted in him being hired to write for numerous TV & radio shows – including three series of ‘The Problem with Adam Bloom’ for BBC Radio 4, as well as writing for over 20 other comedians and personalities, even writing award acceptance speeches.
He is an immensely versatile artist who likes to attune his comedy to his audience, often working his sets around the immediate crowd or subjects that come up spontaneously. This particular talent has made him as popular for corporate events as he is for headlining at clubs around the county. He performs at dozens of company and private events every year with glowing reviews. Adam Bloom’s energy, timing and comedic depths make him an ideal choice for any occasion.

Superb evening and Lee Hurst a brilliant headline act. The compare at times seemed to struggle and it felt a little awkward but to be fair to her, the crowd were a little reserved. Not sure how much local research was done by the comedians before they came down, often a good idea to try to gain an idea of a demographic and issues in the local area which they could play on. However, we will definitely be going to more of these as it’s a great event, and really good to see a packed house made up of the local community . Bravo!
